A- ODJP in a Nutshell
ODJP offers a transformative experience for the learner. It opens doors to the unknown realms of our unconscious and by doing the inner work, you'll develop the self-awareness necessary to engage with clients more objectively and effectively. The core belief of the program is that you, the consultant, are the instrument of change, and your growth directly impacts your ability to drive meaningful transformation in organisations.
It will equip you with the skills to help organizations navigate change, foster better workplace cultures, and improve processes in meaningful ways. For someone passionate about making a real difference, this certification gives you the tools to influence positive change in how teams work and grow together.
It will build your capability to work clients using a more scientific approach. It will support you as a practitioner to engage with various systems in their native nature, understanding their dynamics, and supporting them in achieving their desired outcomes. The program sharpens your ability to be a catalyst to build the muscle of the organisations and people within them to drive change.
Admission Criteria

A minimum of a Graduate Degree in any discipline.
2\
Experience of 5+ years in a managerial position in any organisation or institution.
3\
The desire to build knowledge, skills and the application orientation of building effective organizations.
Fee Structure
Your monetary investment: 2,91,000/- + 18% GST.
