Good and bad practices both, increase at compound interest. This is why the little decisions we make in life, our relationships and even in the workplace are of such infinite importance.

A small ‘Good morning’ or an avoidance of ‘Gossip’ in the workplace can compound in a culture of trust and support. Repeating a certain behaviour over time results in a certain culture.

The culture then plays a role in shaping the reputation of the organisation, system or society.
